Once you've submitted the Online Request form, one of our Franchising Team members will reach out to you to chat about your interests and get you pre-qualified to move to the next step. Once you've had some initial conversations with us, we'll send you an application form to fill out and our Franchise Disclosure Document. This will help us get to know you and any partners you might have in more detail.

After you've completed and sent us your franchise application and signed the FDD receipt, the next step is to have a more in-depth conversation with our Development Executive to understand the available opportunities within the brand.

After we've had a chance to learn more about each other, we'll extend an invitation for you to attend our Hooters Discovery Day at our Corporate Headquarters. This is a fantastic opportunity for you to get even more insight into the Hooters system and meet with key department leaders from Operations, Marketing, Franchise Development, Training, and Real Estate. It's a great chance to get a feel for the company culture and get a better understanding of how we work.

When you've received all the information you need to make a well-informed business decision, completed the background check, and we've received all the necessary information from you during our franchise qualification process, your franchise request will be reviewed for approval by our Executive Committee. If your request is approved, you'll be ready to sign your Franchise or Development Agreement and start your exciting new venture!
