He currently serves as our Chief Executive Officer, a position he has held since September 2020, and also manages certain affiliates' subsidiaries. Before this role, he was our Chief Operations Officer and Executive Vice President from June 2019 to September 2020, and he assumed the role of President in April 2020.

Mr. Melilli's impressive career also includes his role as Chief Operating Officer for Hooters, Inc. in Clearwater, Florida, where he served from November 2006 to June 2018. Today, he continues to serve in his present capacity in Atlanta, Georgia, bringing his expertise and leadership to our organization and beyond.

Meet Mr. Linen, a highly experienced executive who has been instrumental in driving the success of our organization. He currently holds the position of Chief Operations Officer, which he has held since September 2020. Before this, he served as Senior Vice President - Global Operations from June 2019 to September 2020, where he played a crucial role in managing our global operations.

Based in Atlanta, Georgia, Mr. Linen continues to serve in his current capacities, bringing his extensive experience and expertise to our organization. With his proven track record of success in the industry, Mr. Linen is a valuable asset to our team, and we are proud to have him on board.

Meet Mr. Skala, an accomplished executive with a wealth of experience in the marketing industry. He currently holds the position of Chief Marketing Officer for both Hooters and Hoots Franchising, a role he has held since June 2022. Before this, he served as Senior Vice President of Marketing from February 2020 to June 2022, where he played a crucial role in shaping the marketing strategies for Hooters and Hoots Franchising.

In these roles, he was responsible for driving the business's marketing efforts, and he was instrumental in enhancing the brands' visibility and recognition.

Meet Jeff Caplan, an experienced executive and an integral part of our team. Mr. Caplan currently holds the position of Chief Information Officer for our organization and Hoots Franchising, a role he has held since April 2022. With his extensive knowledge and experience in information technology, Mr. Caplan plays a crucial role in driving the technological advancements of our organization and Hoots Franchising.

Meet Michael Arrowsmith, an executive with an extensive background in development and growth strategies. Mr. Arrowsmith currently holds the position of Chief Development Officer for Hooters and Hoots Franchising, a role he has held since July 2022. In this role, he plays a critical role in driving our expansion and growth strategies, leveraging his vast knowledge and experience in the industry.

Meet Cheryl Kish, a former Hooters Girl™ with excellent experience in organizational effectiveness and development. Ms. Kish holds the position of Chief People Officer for Hooters and Hoots Franchising, a role she has held since June 2022.

Before her current position, Ms. Kish served as Senior Vice President of Organizational Effectiveness and Development for our organization and Hoots Franchising from October 2019 to June 2022.

Ms. Kish serves in her present capacities in Atlanta, Georgia, driving our organization's people strategies and promoting a culture of growth and development.
